We currently offer individual frozen packaged meat or quarter, half and full steer processed beef orders. Delivery is available within the area, just call and place your order and we’ll bring it to you.

Directions to the store:From Lawrenceville IL take Route 1 North to the Pinstaff Road approx 7 miles (road number 1540 N). Turn right (East) and go through Pinkstaff and about a mile out of town is the Derr Cemetery. Take a Left (North) at the cemetery (road number 1420 E) and you will drive one mile on pavement and then the road turns to gravel. Keep going on the gravel road, the farm and store are located about 3/4 miles down the road on the left hand side. Pull in on the drive way by the horse arena and the store is located by the barn. Call if you have any questions.
FAMILY PACKS include the following: 14 pounds ground beef, 5 packages of hamburger patties, 2 NY strip steak packages, 3 sirloin steaks, 1 package of T-bone steaks, 1 rump roast, 1 steak for swissing, 1 chuck roast, 1 heal of round roast, 1 arm roast, and 1 package of stew meat. This bag has about 60 pounds of meat and is on sale for around $250. It saves you close to 20% off original costs (about $50). We have these available at all times.

We charge $1.20 per pound live weight. Typical weights for a full steer are 1100-1300lbs live weight. The customer is responsable for paying the processing fee.
